Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may have your right to cancel your purchase and return purchased products.

You can return any item within 14 days after receiving the item. Note: items need to be delivered at our warehouse within those 14 days. 

We do not allow returns for the following:

  • Sale items or discounted items can not be exchanged/returned
  • Facemasks, coffee cups, underwear, or swimwear
  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition
  • Products without tags attached
  • Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, cigarettes, deodorant etc.
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. Based upon situation, the item will be sent back to the original shipping adress or there will be offered a credit voucher.

Please be informed that you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us and that we do not offer free returns. Due to sustainability reasons we charge €2,- per return. We advise to use a tracked shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, wrongly delivered or undelivered parcels. Shipping costs are not refunded. Do not send your items back to us without sending an email first. -

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Notifications after 24 hours regarding defective or damaged packages can not be inspected.

If you think you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on the same day as receiving your package with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. LOYAUTÉ reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please send an email to to request your return. Mention your order number, name and delivery address. Please note that we do not enclose receipts in your order package as you receive those by e-mail. By doing this, we are helping to save our earth a little bit!
