SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped with British postal company RoyalMail and international carrier DHL. As soon as an order is sent to a location outside of the United Kingdom, the postal company of that location, will take over. You will always receive a Track&Trace code with your shipping.
  • What is the delivery time of my order? All orders made on working days have Standard Shipping. Orders made in weekends or bank holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.   *Free Next Day Shipping: all orders over £100  
We strive to deliver according the following delivery times:
    United Kingdom: Delivery in 2 - 5 working days 
    Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery in 5 - 7 working days 
    Europe: Delivery in 5 - 7 working days
    Other: Delivery in 7 - 16 working days

    Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons. (As COVID-19 affects businesses worldwide, please keep in mind that deliveries could be delayed.)

    • What are the shipping costs? 
    Standard Shipping in The United Kingdom is free
    Next Day Shipping in the UK is £6 (Or free for orders over £100)
    Standard Shipping to Europe is €13,- 
    Standard Shipping to other countries is €20,- (20USD)
    • PRE-ORDER items: If your order is made on a pre-order basis, this will always be indicated on the product page. In this case, your item will be produced and shipped in approximately 5-7 days. If you have ordered multiple items in one order, you will always receive all items at once. Make sure to make separate orders in case you wish to receive the items in stock first.

      *Same Day Shipping - Orders will be registered at our parcel office and will be dispatched on the same day. Please note that we are not responsible for delayes occured by the parcel station.

      ** Please note that we are not responsible for covering any international taxes & duties. Make sure to inform yourself regarding taxes and duties before making a order. if you choose not to pay duties on import and return your parcel to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received by us - you will be issued with a credit note for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.
