How will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped with Dutch postal company PostNL and international carrier DHL. As soon as an order is sent to a location outside of the Netherlands, the postal company of that location, will take over. You will always receive a Track&Trace code with your shipping.
What is the delivery time of my order? All orders made on working days have Next Day Shipping. Orders made in weekends or bank holidays, will be shipped on the next working day. *Same Day Shipping: Orders must be placed before 12:00PM on a working day. European delivery addresses only. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons. (As COVID-19 affects businesses worldwide, please keep in mind that deliveries could be delayed.)
- PRE-ORDER items: If your order is made on a pre-order basis, this will always be indicated on the product page. In this case, your item will be produced and shipped in approximately 5-7 days. If you have ordered multiple items in one order, you will always receive all items at once. Make sure to make separate orders in case you wish to receive the items in stock first.
- What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium are free for orders over €25,-. Shipping to Europe is free of charge for orders over €80,- . Shipping to other countries is free of charge for orders over €150,-
*Same Day Shipping - Orders will be registered at our parcel office and will be dispatched on the same day. Please note that we are not responsible for delayes occured by the parcel station.
